Ms. Eastman is hotel professional with over 25 years of experience in the hospitably industry. Ms Eastman assists Ramsfield in an advisory capacity by analyzing hotel operations in conjunction with the underwriting of new investments and asset management assignments. Lynette is currently the Area General Manager of the 247-key Aqua Waikiki Wave Hotel and 135-key Aqua Waikiki Tides Hotel. During her tenure as Area General Manager, Ms. Eastman has overseen over $10,000,000 of renovations and increased the Waikiki Wave’s NOI by 100% since 2006.
Prior to joining Aqua Hotels & Resorts in 2006, Ms. Eastman held senior leadership positions such as General Manager of 372-key Aston Maui Islander Hotel, Assistant General Manager of the 716-key ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel, and Assistant General Manager of the 463-key ResortQuest Kaanapali Shores Resort.
Ms. Eastman earned her Bachelor of Science degree of University of Hawaii – Leeward of West Oahu, Hawaii.
