Mr. Maisel is primarily responsible for prospective deal underwriting (including hotel and market analysis) and asset managing Ramsfield's investments. He also supports the Senior Management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to joining Ramsfield, Mr. Maisel worked at the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group of Wells Fargo where he assisted in originating over $260 million of hospitality debt and equity investments.
Mr. Maisel earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in real estate finance.
