Ramsfield Hospitality Finance (Ramsfield), a venture between CarVal Investors (formerly known as Cargill Value Investment) and Ramsfield Real Estate, is a hotel real estate lender and investor. The company originates and purchases hotel loans as well as other subordinated paper, in addition to providing first mortgage loans in certain situations. Our fund focuses on lending to lodging real estate owners and investors with upper-end limited-service, full-service hotel, or resort properties in major North American markets.

Recently, Ramsfield added a hotel acquisition division which completed it first purchase in December 2006. Ramsfield is managed and staffed by experienced hotel real estate professionals.
