Ms. Wickstrom is primarily responsible for overseeing asset management of Ramsfield’s hotel investments, as well as conducting market analysis and new transaction underwriting. She also supports the Senior Management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
She joined Ramsfield after spending six years with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Group. At Ernst & Young, she specialized in operational enhancement and feasibility analyses for complex, mixed-use resorts. Additionally, Ms. Wickstrom has done portfolio due diligence, tourism strategy, and valuation for a wide variety of real estate asset types. Starting in the Miami office of Ernst & Young, her work has included a prevalence of projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to her time at Ernst & Young Ms. Wickstrom held various management positions with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
Ms. Wickstrom holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
