Mr. Zhang is primarily responsible for assisting in prospective deal underwriting and the asset management of Ramsfield’s investments.
Prior to joining Ramsfield, Mr. Zhang worked in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Group where he assisted in underwriting and performing due diligence for hotel equity investments.
Mr. Zhang earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in corporate finance and a minor in real estate.
