RHF provided a $83 million mortgage loan secured by the 391-room Dominick Hotel in New York, NY. The Hotel has over 11,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a 12,600 square foot spa and multiple food and beverage outlets including the Michelin Star rated Vestry. The 46-story 540-foot tower offers unobstructed, sweeping view of Manhattan with some of the largest guestrooms in the city.
