RHF purchased a mezzanine loan as part of a recapitalization of the strongest hotel property in Downtown Jacksonville. Despite recent hurricane related disruption and damage, we recognized the value in the real estate and our borrower’s ability to return cash flow to pre-storm levels. We were able to close on this loan purchase from start-to-finish in just over 2 weeks.
