RHF provided a $42 million mortgage loan on the THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton. The design-forward, full-service hotel opened in 2020 and sits adjacent to the University of Miami in Coral Gables - one of South Florida's most dynamic lodging markets. A portion of the loan proceeds will be used to reimagine the hotel's restaurant offerings and expand its extended-stay suite options. The property features multiple food and beverage venues, a rooftop pool and terrace, and over 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and anchors a mixed-use development with over 200 multifamily units and retail.
