RHF provided a $42 million mortgage loan on the THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton. The 245-key hotel is a recently developed, design-forward asset located adjacent to the University of Miami in Coral Gables, one of South Florida’s most dynamic markets. A portion of the loan proceeds will fund the reimagining of the hotel’s restaurant offerings and expansion of its extended-stay suite options. The property features multiple food and beverage venues, a rooftop pool and terrace, over 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and is part of a larger mixed-use development with more than 200 multifamily units and multiple retail outlets.
